The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (the Goods can be returned if they have not been used, their consumer properties, factory labels and product appearance are preserved) without explaining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment. actual delivery of the Goods from the Seller or persons representing the Seller.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". "List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar products of a different size, shape, or style."

This list indicates that Goods of appropriate quality with individual properties are not subject to return if such Goods can only be used by the consumer who purchased them.

To return the product, you need to provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application for returning the product.

In the event that the Goods were delivered to you with partial non-compliance or violation of the terms of the Order due to the Seller's fault, regarding the range, completeness, quantity of the Goods, you have the right to notify the Seller (not later than seven calendar days after the Goods are received) of the detected violations and demand them elimination.

You also have the right to refuse to accept the product and request a refund. In this case, the product must be returned to the Seller with preservation of the original product appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels.
